Seaham - just far enough outside Sunderland. Byron got married here then fled but has been memorialised with the Byron Place shopping mall being buffeted by the north sea.

What fantastic picures! I especially like the one at the bottom of the sequence with wonderful waves thundering onto the pebbles.
I am a member of the Barnet League of Hodographers; we desperately need a good photographer should you ever want to join our happy group.
